A good comfy atmosphere.. order the beef cheesy fries, it's amazing. Fries is not too cooked and not under-cooked. Just the way you'd want it to be. DEFINITELY cheesy.

First time I've been, managed to walk in and get a table which was lucky as within 10 minutes restaurant was full. A small venue. Food was great - ordered chilli beef nachos, the chicken strips were the best I've ever had, coated in lovely panko breadcrumb. The viper burger was great - but it was hot! Wish they did alternative milks for their milkshake menu as cows milk was only available. Would go back again!
Had a really good lunch time meal here. Small place although there is extra seating downstairs. Taking relevant precautions in social distancing so seating is limited. Food arrived promptly. We ordered the naga wings and hash brown to start. Chicken strips and chips the for kids, a variety of burgers for the 4 adults and a couple of chilli fries. We all really enjoyed the chilli fries. The burgers split opinion as a couple of us prefer our burgers to be cooked medium and not well done. Apart from that the food was pretty faultless and tasted of a decent quality. At 77 for 4 adults and 2 toddlers we felt it to be of decent value as we had ordered quite a lot. The customer service was really good and the waiter was very customer friendly and keen to know our genuine feedback. He is an asset to your team. Overall with a very competitive burger market now available locally you have to be decent to survive and we all felt that Rustix are beyond decent. I’d recommend a visit if you’re in the area and fancy a good burger.
I have been going to Rustix since it opened - best burger in East Ham by a long way. All of the staff are really friendly and the management are very enthusiastic about getting the best produce. The burger alone would fill you up and they do great sides too - 100% recommend.
I must say, I was so glad since they’ve opened again. One of the best burgers and chicken steak chips. Their customer service is excellent and they even offered us discount which was very generous of them. Can’t wait to eat it again :)
