I have taken on some projects to construction stage where planning was achieved by Sam Planning. I have been shocked at the number of errors found in their planning drawings; badly measured, schemes which could have been designed better and more efficiently so that more space is created. Joel Stern is not even an Architect and yet, runs an Architectural practice and gives advice to clients. It all seems like a 'cash cow' set-up **Reply to owner** I have never said that your track record for approvals is higher than average. This i believe is you massaging your own ego, so please read again. So, you would rather make sure that planning is approved regardless if it is buildable or not and the client ends up with something they don't want? I think you have proved my original point. Thank you.

Top quality drawings, best customer care, they'll never charge you more than the origanal quote, which sadly became a big deal, now that so many other companies will just keep adding fee's every second day.

This company is dangerous and unprofessional. They are managing the renovation of a property on my street, a basement creation project. They have dug so far into the ground(which they did not have planning permission for at such a depth) that nearly caused a gas explosion affecting connecting houses. By some miracle did not happen fortunately. They have not only ruined the house they are working on, but they have ruined the connecting house \which has cracked like an egg\. Illegal immigrants were also hired and they all legged it when the authorities came. 6 fire engines, building engineers, gas engineers to name a few. Gas men had to work until 3am in the morning to secure the site safely. I recommend STAYING AWAY from this company. Do not use. Hire at your own peril, literally put your lives at stake if you do so.
