Scotts Roofing Limited exceeded our expectations from the initial call to the office (friendly staff who were very helpful in explaining the process and professional). The allocated engineer called us within the hour and booked our initial inspection appointment. They arrived (Vehicle was all professionally signed Scotts Roofing Ltd, we felt so reassured), on time and provided a clear to understand proposal for works for FREE. When we received a lower quote (we chose not to take up) as Scotts Roofing Limited were so clear to understand and NO MONEY UPFRONT required and available bank transfer on completion on works date within 7 days (unique and professional). The work was carried out with complete satisfaction and when we noticed a leak a few days later due to a heavy down pour. Scotts Roofing Limited, no quibble returned within the week to fix it at no extra cost. The work appears to be carried out to a high standard, comes with a 10 year guarantee and the work areas were left clean. Highly recommended this company to all.
