Shocking service. I phoned to see if they would collect. They said they did and asked me to email pictures. I did. They told me they would collect today. I stayed in all day waiting. I called three times asking if they were definitely coming. They said they would. In fact, their yard was only a five minute drive away apparently. They never turned up! They never called! They never emailed! Find another company that cares about their service and people.
