I have been to see Simone four times at Seed (I get either a half head or full head of highlights) and have been really pleased with the results each time. I have very dry, fine, blonde hair and Simone always makes it look and feel full and healthy. I really like the Davines products they use and the little touches (bowls of cold grapes, when it was allowed) are really appreciated. The salon is calm, clean and it feels as though all of the team are happy to be there. It's not cheap but good value for the area/level of expertise.

Luigi is the best hairdresser ever! Everything is always perfect, he gives the best advice for hair colouring and is amazing at cutting hair! I cannot state how skilled and professional he is! I have never had that many compliments on my hair since he takes care of it!

I have been coming here for a couple of years now. It used to be great at first but has recently gone downhill. Many hairdressers are poorly qualified and inexperienced. I have been unsatisfied with my haircut the past 2 times (wholes in my hair and badly cut). Prices keep going up (now 40) and totally unjustified for the quality of the service. Shame.

I have recently moved to the area, looking for a new hair salon I can trust. From the reviews this place looks great. I went into the salon to have a chat with them on what I wanted, they booked me in and left I a deposit. I asked them if I needed a patch test as I’ve never been there for before, they confirmed it is not needed for highlights as the dye would not be touching my skin. The next day I arrived to the salon to find my appointment was booked in at the wrong time, my email address was wrong so I didn’t get a confirmation and they could not do my hair because I didn’t have a patch test? I was extremely let down by how unprofessional they were. There was no apology or communication in fixing the issue, they were extremely rude and felt the staff were wanting to get rid of me quickly. I was having a really down day and was looking forward to getting pampered, but from this experience I just left feeling worse. This service is totally unacceptable.

I’ve been going to Seed for 1.5 years now and I’ve been consistently happy with the haircuts and highlights I’ve had over that time. The staff are friendly and often can get me for an appointment within days or a week. I also always get a nice head massage when they shampoo/condition/tone my hair and I love that.
