My orthodontist is great, the service is awful. It's been impossible to speak to anyone since lockdown and they have had phone lines shut with the same automated voice message since. Even in an emergency you have to send 2-3 emails and wait upto a week to hear from them. Their service and communication is totally unprofessional, thankfully I'm coming to the end of my treatment and should not have to deal with this much longer. I am pleased with the results so far but its been a very painful and time consuming process to be a customer of theirs. Speak to existing customers before making a decision, I know a few people who have experiences similar to mine with Sensu and the reviews don't seem to paint an honest picture.

So pleased with my results!! Competitive pricing and friendly dentists/dental nurses. Their expectation management during your initial consultations is excellent, and although they wouldn't promise it at the start of my journey, I feel my new smile rivals that of some Hollywood ones ;) Would and have recommended friends. Looking forward to returning as regular dental patient following my travels.
Great place, great team , professional staff, i am very satisfied with my Invisalign treatment and I recommend this place 100% ! Your treatment includes everything you need like whitening, fixed and removable retainers! Just go and check their website !
I just got my braces taken off today after a 12 month treatment and I must say I cannot be happier with my results. I had the privilege of having Dr. Illyas as my orthodontist and he was amazing, always so friendly and welcoming every time I came to get my braces tightened. He is very experienced and made me feel very safe and comfortable. Everyone at the sensu clinic in Marylebone is always so friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend all my friends and family to go to sensu for any orthodontic treatments. Furthermore, I am so pleased that my treatment only took 12 months. I always hear stories of how people end up having their braces on for way longer than expected and I cannot believe my treatment is over already. They were also very helpful during the time of the lockdown as they responded very fast to emails regarding concerns. Now that my treatment is over, I truly will miss going to Sensu every 6 weeks as everyone was always so lovely and professional.
I have been a patient at Sensu for over 5 years now and travel a 240 round trip to see my dentist. That's how good they are! The service has always been excellent - they are very flexible with appointment times and it really helps that they are open at weekends. I had a dental emergency during lockdown and within a week of them reopening they had managed to fit me in. The new Covid safety measures are very good and particular credit should go to Stephanie who is friendly, informative and very efficient at her job. I felt very confident that both staff and patients were protected. My dentist Dr Patel was also excellent and explained things clearly to me and patiently answered my questions! Without a doubt it's worth the trek from Norwich!
