Ollie from Seven is an inspiration. This was my first foray into being coached and my expectations were met and significantly surpassed. What you get here is a structured path to understanding the career conundrum (as you might expect), and then the benefit of all the experience he has had on his own path of self growth - it was all these other methods and exercises that really helped me. Whether its habit stacking, breath work, networking, dealing with difficult customers, CV, book recommendations, gym sessions, you name it - its all covered here in depth and perfectly tailored to you. The guy is so positive and ready to catch and push forward any you that turns up. I could not speak more highly. Thank you for everything Ollie.

I have recently completed a course of sessions with my coach Mel. Over the past year she has supported me in an exciting, scary and ultimately successful journey. Mel is enthusiastic, kind, insightful, joyful, motivating and honest. At the start of this journey I didn't know if I could achieve my ultimate goal of finding a new career path but Mel gave me the confidence to believe that it was absolutely possible. A year on and I am now in a completely different role and feeling very positive about the future. I now feel so much more aware of my strengths and the confidence to pursue these. I cannot thank Mel enough for her part in this and for her belief in me. I would recommend Mel and this process to anyone who is looking to grow and develop.
When I first spoke to Ollie from SEVEN, he told me amazing things will happen when I start a journey with him. Even then he under promised and over delivered. Within three sessions I have achieved my primary goal of getting a new job that fits with my values. Ollie’s natural enthusiasm and broad skill set has enabled me to understand what is most important to me. Whilst I commenced this for career counselling Ollie’s coaching extends to all aspects of your life. The bonus is despite achieving my goal so quickly Ollie’s diverse skill set allows him to work with me on a wide range of issues for the remainder of our program. I was seeking coaching as I was deeply unhappy with my job and had lost confidence in what I wanted to do and how I could succeed. For those in a similar position I cannot recommend Ollie enough, he has a structured process and innovative techniques to draw out valuable insights. He has restored my confidence as he believes in you. I have learnt so much about myself within the first three sessions. Be prepared to be challenged. I am excited about the remainder of the program.
I was matched with Fernando and my coaching experience was very positive. I managed to gain clarity and change my mindset as I was very unhappy in my job. Monika is an exceptional coach and I can’t recommend her highly enough. It has given me a more positive mindset going forward with my job search and in general life.
