I'm so glad Shake Shack has opened in Brent Cross. Great food, the staff were very helpful and the new ordering system was simple to use. My food was great. I cant wait to go back. It made the visit very well worth it and the food is always great! Store was socially distanced and the food arrived very quickly.

Missed order then mess up order. I also saw other customers got wrong order. Chairs are dirty with drinks left over. Poor price performance for the overall experience.

Due to the new covid rules the ordering system is a bit complicated, but all the staff were very friendly and helpful especially Coleen. It made the visit very well worth it and the food is always great! Store was socially distanced and the food arrived very quickly. Overall great experience and recommend going here!
