Incompetent, rude, and clearly extremely dumb. So much stress caused by them, if you send them hard copies they'll ask for emails and vice versa so send them both. Constantly ask us to tweak documents which is fine but it takes them a month to request tiny tweaks and they don't tell us all the changes in one go either. They assigned Mian to our case. He admitted he had little experience, and kept asking for the same information multiple times instead of checking his emails. To top it off he was sexist and suggested that speaking to a male might make the process earlier!
