Very professional service. My knives are better than when I first bought them. Sharpening on a stone doesn't even come close not only because of how quick this is but also because it's impossible to sharpen the whole of a blade on a stone unless the blade is perfectly straight. No longer worried about blunting & wearing down my knives now.
