Terrible service! If I can give no stars I would! They rejected my parcel when the post office is still open on the basis that it is too big! WHAT?

Incredibly rude staff, the gentleman at the till was chatting on the phone the whole time I was in the store and trying to ask him questions when I needed to know what options I had to post an urgent parcel express, was short and abrupt and I wasn't properly informed so just had to go with the most expensive option. Not sure where these 5 star ratings came from as I certainly didn't get a 5 star service.
