Shipshape are a great payroll company. If I every have any queries regarding candidate registration, payments or time-sheets they are dealt with in a timely manner. I have had no complaints for any of my temporary workers. Brooke, Luke and Jack have been fantastic. I would recommend them completely.

Worst umbrella company..I do not fall under taxable income and they are deducting taxes every week. Their pay slip is a total mess. My hard earned money gets deducted every week.
I’ve been working with James and the staff at Ship Shape Resources for some time now and have come to appreciate their attention to detail and timely response on all communication. James was very helpful when by agency supplied incorrect details. Great to work with!
It's hard to believe that a company like Ship Shape can still provide any service. Who wants to use them? So many bad reviews, such poor service, big mess with \payslips\ that you can not understand anything. They are good at taking hard earned money, that is it. My company recently got rid of them for good. If you still haven't changed your \agency\ do it as soon as possible. Just saying.
As a client with a small payroll to fulfill, I expected many times for them to be dismissive or slow to respond, knowing that they have lots of clients to serve. But they made themselves available by phone and email readily, and were friendly and helpful long after I expected them to begin to blow me off. My most sincere thanks to James and his team.
