Every time I go here for waxing services I get treated very politely and in a friendly manner. They know me as a regular customer now and I always ask for my favourite people because I know they are capable at their job! Halema and Numa are usually the best and quickest at waxing. I've had my nails done too once. I got my nails done as well one or two days before my wedding and I am happy with the look and colour. They are following strict measures to ensure people's safety at these times, but they never fail to be nice to me. I appreciate that they sent me a form to complete to ensure I don't have any COVID symptoms to ensure everyone's safety before coming for any new appointments. I recommend this place as it also has a very efficient booking system, which doesn't require ringing them up every time. It's a very easy and straightforward website. They never failed to pick up even when I did call to ask them for more information before going in for the first time! They send email confirmation and reminders to keep you updated and I personally find that very useful and reassuring when it comes to appointments as I like to be as sure as possible. They really do try to accommodate people as best as they can with as little notice as possible, so call them if you have any special requests. Hopefully you'll be as satisfied as I was!

I have been regular customer for years at Eastham branch and l’m Grateful to Ambreen & Halima for there great customer service and the way their talk and deal with us. I had laser treatments, facials and waxing i really appreciate for there hardwork.thank you so much ️
