Excellent Customer Service- From Ross at the Forest Hill Shrugard Self Storage I submitted my reservation form and was called within 5 minutes! Speedy Service indeed. Ross was polite, helpful, and very knowledgeable! Being new to the world of Self Storage I was fully informed about the insurance for my goods, the locks used and the details of ending the use of my self storage unit. Honestly helped me tick another item off my long list of things to do when moving. Thank you ROSS!!!!

Finally a decent self storage facility in Forest Hill. Everywhere else in the area seem to be removal firms with small short term storage at extortionate prices. Highly recommended for your bulky items. Convenient opening hours and the first month free makes this a no brainer
