silk city deserves 5 stars . this was my first time i visited silk city ,they treat their costumers with respect . the amount of products they have were beautiful . I would 100% shop again ! so i would suggest you check it out too :)

Hi there, I would like to know when you would be re opening? If you could please let me know than that would be great.
I was in this store when a young lady came in with an item which she bought damaged. The guy in the store got upset and said she should have checked before she bought it. Problem is the item was a huge bedspread in a bag so checking in store wasn't quite practical (in my opinion). His attitude towards the customer made me so uncomfortable that I left the store. I don't think I'd ever shop with them again.
One particular guy is very rude and disrespectful. I would never set foot in there again. 1 star is very generous
