Walked in on the off-chance looking at towel rails for a bathroom renovation. Kerry-Ann was incredibly helpful and we found the towel rail that suited our needs - she was also able to source perfect valves. We were so impressed that when it came to the next bathroom project, we went straight back to Simply Radiators. 6 months later there was a small issue with one of the units; having contacted Kerry-Ann again the resolution was immediate and to our complete satisfaction. The next time we do any renovations we will return with no hesitation - highly recommended.

Helpful staff in the shop who went through the options for whaþ we were looking for. However, we were expecting an email quotation which was promised to have been sent within a week which sadly never came so have since found another supplier.
Very happy that I chose to call Simply Radiators when the towel rail on my Hudevad radiator broke. As if by magic, the very next day Harry hand-delivered a new rail to my house in a completely different part of London to their showroom and even fitted it for me. Excellent service!
