I was recommended Dr Bashir from a colleague of my fathers and I am SO glad I booked in. Professional from the offset with warm and friendly staff the whole process was fabulous and stress free. I booked in to treat some icepick scarring with laser and mild acne with medication. My skin has never looked better since my acne started 10 years ago. And I actually can't wait to come back for a second round of laser. During laser treatment Dr Bashir and his colleague were incredibly informative, which was great as I had never had the treatment before and it can all seem quite alien. I would highly recommend skin55. After years of wasting money on expensive skin care that promised to clear up my skin, I am glad to invest with a group of professionals who really know what they are doing and give actual results. Any negative review here completely baffles me!

Skin 55 is more like checking in to a hotel than a surgery. Beautifully appointed rooms and attentive staff. Dr. Bashir has looked after my skin for many years and works with the same team each time, cannot recommend Skin 55 and Dr. Bashir enough.

Great experience at skin55 , reception staff were very friendly and cooperative. Being examined and treated by Dr. Bashir and his staff nurse who were ultimately professional and knowledgeable. Dr bashir was also helpful with any of my questions and concerns as he explained them in a very clear manner which have put my mind at ease i couldn’t recommend him enough. I am glad i chose skin55 and especially Dr.Bashir

I have poured 2650 on laser treatments for pigmentation with nearly zero improvement and further worsening of 2 areas. Dr Bashir doesn't care you can never get hold of him to ask him about it he will just keep saying look how well it is improving oops you need another 3 treatments more than I originally told you more like 9. Nurse emily is extremely nosey / judgemental and made the whole experience extremely stressful. Would not recommend at all. I would like a refund but theres no point asking you have to go to solicitors. I told jo my problem with the nurse she wanted to know why then blamed me and never said sorry.

Reception staff were lovely and welcoming. Felt very happy with the measures in place for Covid safety. Dr Mahto was wonderful and i cannot recommend her enough.
