Whole process of getting my passport photo taken took about 10mins. From getting my photo taken (made him do a retake to make sure I didn't come out looking like a mug shot), printing, providing email address for electronic copy and paying was quick and efficient! Not sure what service is like when they're super busy but would recommend if you're not able to get to a passport photo booth
