Great service*****! From location to the nice and expertised staff, there's nothing to be bored about! They are super friendly, patient and helpful! And they promote /sell my favourite shoe brand at the moment: On Cloud! As a customer I must say: pure satisfaction!

I bought myself a fantastic winter jacket called Zaneck at The Snow and Rock shop on London bridge or King Williams Street a few months ago. It cost me 260. Given the price I am very happy with the quality. It's well made, waterproof and the jacket is very stylish. It certainly turned heads when I wore it to the office recently. The shop staff member was very helpful, and allowed me plenty of time to try on the jacket. The reason I bought this jacket was because it wasn't too bulky, is waterproof and has an inside zipped pocket perfect for a mobile phone, tablet or ebook reader. The two pockets on the outside are deep and protected, meaning nothing can fall out of them. The faux fur around the hood can be removed, which is great because for a man in London it's overkill. In Fortitude absolutely. It is perfectly insulated and I've used the jacket in Prague recently where the wind chill was -7C and it was just fine. It has Heatseeker insulation that traps body heat, while DryVent technology makes sure sweat is wicked away from the skin quickly if the sun decides to show. The only niggle I have with the jacket is the top zip. It takes a little getting use to. It's a little fiddly in the dark and not easily gripped. Otherwise I highly recommend this jacket.

Small shop. Visited wirh a friend who was having a gait analysis done. Was impressed how much the guy knew about running and feet.

The store is open but with the items on sale, the sizes you will find are limited.

Turned up when it opened for footbed moulding as suggested when I rang about it earlier in the week. I was told I wouldn't need to book an appointment and I got there to find other people had appointments. Only 1 member of staff bothered to turn up for work on time and only 1 of them was trained for footbed moulding. If you're looking for any kind of service pick a different shop. It took 20 minutes just for them to tell us the right person wasn't available to help us, can only assume they were all hungover...

The person who served me was excellent intelligent and very helpful. In the queue was a girl who was the most entertaining person I ever waited behind.

Went in to get some snowboard boots, great service! Was seen to very quickly by a guy called Pierre, who was very friendly, retrieved my order and asking me where my snowboarding trip was to. Atar was very helpful and perfectly happy for me to get the fit right by trying on multiple sizes, then heat moulding the liners for me when I'd picked. I was expecting the heat moulding of the boot liners to come at an extra price but it didn't-this level of service at no extra cost is excellent. Highly recommended!
