I have no idea why this shop isn’t closed down. Westfield should be ashamed of themselves that this place is still open after the BBC documentary on its slave labour and the reviews that its a scam. Ive never been scammed in my life, but this was the first time. I wasnt able to access google reviews in time inside Westfield due to no internet connection, and the salesman trapped me into buying 200 worth if product whilst holding my handbag hostage. Disgusting ‘sales’ tactics used, like foreign scammers. Honestly, if you still buy their products after reading these reviews then you deserve to be scammed. Go through some of these 5 star reviews and you’ll realise theyre either fake by romanian sounding names with only 1 review or people who havent used the products at home yet to find out its fake product. Once you get home and actually look at the ingredients, you realise the ingredients are toxic and harmful to your skin. I threw literally everything away as soon as i found out. If you’ve already bought these products, you will have to be extremely threatening and aggressive to get your refund, and cite the law. They will be very angry that you even dare ask for a refund. I’m reporting them to all agencies possible and I will just take this with me as a valuable life lesson.

I have read lots of reviews on these after the purchase. Their sale tactics were pushy but I actually liked the products. I feel I got a good price for 4 items.

Not much more to say, scummy business selling cheap products with overly-pushy sales practices, just as everyone has been saying. AVOID. Also, as has already been said by another reviewer, their peeling gel contains BHT, a potential carcinogen. If they convinced you to buy then don’t use their products.

I buy from them two or three times a year for all the women in my life (girlfriend, mother and best friend). They like the products a lot and they love me for buying them :). I usually buy several packages at a time just to get a good discount. The employees are nice, they let you test the products and really know what to recommend.
