Dear Citizen M, We were unable to host our meeting yesterday due to the equipment not working and as a result we had to postponed our presentations. In the spirit of Covid we didn’t make a big fuss and instead took our clients for an early dinner. I would like to request that you provide either a refund or a credit to be used in the future and I would be grateful if you could confirm what option is best suited for you. The meeting rooms are cool, well equipped, not boring, though not the cheapest. Facilities are excellent. If you don't have a meeting room, it's a challenging working environment in the main room due to the music, which gets louder as the day progresses - if you are trying to make a call, you have to wander around trying to find a quiet space. It's the only downside to an otherwise great work-space concept

Excellent hotel. Best I've ever stayed at in London. Staff so so helpful. Rooms ticked all boxes and beds were a dream. We used the meeting facilities which were so classy and clean with great facilities. Breakfast and Lunch were delicious and our vegan staff were looked after wonderfully well. I and my company WILL be back for sure....soon

Hired Room 3 for a company strategy day. I have nothing but praise. Well organised. Lovely room. Trendy hotel. Great service and food throughout the day. Charming staff. We stayed for drinks in the bar (also very nice). A well earned 5 star review.
