Friendly, helpful, realistic. We've had a couple of different trombone repairs done here, and they've been high quality, turned around quickly and reasonably priced. Really nice to have an independent, knowledgeable shop around the corner.
I am a super fan of Soundheart music shop and I have been dealing with them since they were in Charlton. I have purchased lots of horn accessories from them, had multiple horns serviced over the years and one of my best tenor saxophones till date was purchased 2nd hand from them (13 years ago). If ever you want a repairer that is honest, trustworthy, affordable and efficient, you better give them a call or visit them. I think that all musicians are duty bound to support them especially in this internet age where more and more local music shops are disappearing rapidly. I am grateful for Soundheart and its friendly technicians like Mike E.

Soundheart serviced and cleaned my tuba. Very good job, very reasonably priced. Great staff too. Really recommended.
