Their field staff lack professionalism, punctuality and most of all, motivation. Promises a lot and has a good sales pitch, but once you are onboard they simply do not deliver. The office and administrative staff are irresponsive, slow and do not seem to understand their work. A simple sound and air pressure test took several weeks to finalise, even though their pricing was the most expensive out of their competitors. Would recommend saving yourself the headache and avoiding using this company.
