I am full-time, 24/7 carer for my elderly Mum. We engaged SATS to transport Mum to and from hospital back in February 2020 and again during the past week (August). The ambulance crews that were sent on each occasion were absolutely magnificent. We used the 2-person, large ambulance. The crew members were professional, knowledgeable and very focused. They also showed great kindness and empathy for my Mum, who is in her late 80s. I'd like to give a special mention to Raoul and Danny, who were our crew members last week in the ambulance. Today, I booked SATS' Wheelchair Access Vehicle (WAV) to take us to Mum's physiotherapy appointment. The crew member allocated was Danny, who we knew from last time, so it was a delight to have him as our crew member again. On every occasion that we've used SATS, the quality of service has been brilliant. Also, the booking procesd is very straightforward. I thoroughly recommend SATS if you are looking for a high quality, private ambulance service.

My mother was transported from one building at the wellington to another department by your ambulance staff. The Ambulance attendant named Fitzboy shocked me with his gross lack of medical knowledge and i would seriously question any training he may or may not have had. As a former Hatzola attendant i was deeply disappointed at the level of knowledge of the staff. I would advise more top up training.

Jae crew was more than professional helpful and kind. They came before the day of travel to assess the case and plan the transfer. Grandmother's case was critical with a fractured back. They managed it painlessly and smoothly. I woukd highly recommend this service.

Excellent company. I have been transported numerous times over the past five years. ALL of the ambulance crews I've met have provided 5 star plus care. The crews always know how to treat people,they relax you and make you comfortable. My crew for my most recent trip, I have known them for some time. We have a good balance and banter Cat and Andrew W. were great. There is no one more I trust for my patient transport needs. When looking for patient transport, I strongly recommended you use SATS Ambulance.
