Hi. Tottenham court road store is a good store. On my visit to that store, i met a staff name Shenaz who has helped me to chose a model of glasses which will suit me as there are so many different model. She is so polite friendly and professional. I always like specsavers as there are always good offer like buy one and get the second pair free. Its great and quick service. Shenaz and the staff are following the government guidelines and protocols on the covid 19 and ensure that customers are doing the same

Unbelievable! After taking 2 trains to get here I arrived 3 minutes after my appointment time to a very long line. The *rude* clerk had me wait for minutes, then told me I couldn't be seen because I was more than 5 minutes late and that was their policy. When I asked to speak with a manager I was seated in the back of the store and kept waiting indefinitely. I walked out after 10 minutes. Not a wise business plan considering I need both contacts and eyeglasses!! This staff needs customer service training! Go somewhere else. I will happily spend my money elsewhere.

I would recommend finding any other optician. They cancel appointments last minute and even when you arrive early for appointments, they make you wait. I had to wait for an hour and 15 minutes for an appointment. The optician rushed me through the appointment and did not listen to my concerns about my lenses. The glasses I bought ended up needing to be returned. The service, long waiting times and poor professionalism do not justify the value you get at specsavers.

Asked to charge my phone as I had travelled straight from a hectic day at work and realised my battery was low. Couldn’t even let me charge it and had to cancel my appointment as I was needing to transfer money from a different account. Apparently it’s a fire hazard. I know there are processes in place but seriously?

Terrible customer service! Have been going to Specsavers for 20 years but will now be looking for an alternative. The staff member I encountered was dismissive and so unhelpful. I asked to speak to the manager on three occasions, but he couldn't even be bothered to come out of his office and deal with my problem, was apparently in a meeting 'all afternoon'. Avoid this store if you can....
