I’ve been here twice to get my glasses repaired. It always seems so busy. But the ladies who work here are quite awesome. What a wonderful attitude they all have. Highly recommended. Thanks for being great.

Ammmmaaaaaazing customer service, everytime.....highly trained gentle staff who are super respectful and clearly talk you through everything Great range of products, services and choices. I decided to get my own frames but equally a 'no problem' service with laughter, rare, well done guys

Appalling! I have been waiting for glasses since October 31st 2020, and I still do not have in my possession a single pair of glasses purchased. The service in-store is tragic, I frequented the Lewisham and Catford stores, both stores are equally awful. I was met by a ghastly individual called TRACEY in the CATFORD store yesterday (02/12/20) an elderly, unstable individual, who after telling me the order for my glasses was wrong (again) stated \I said sorry what more do you want??!!\ then proceeded to talk down to me like a five-year-old child, ordering me (Not asking in a professional manner) with her fingers in my face to turn my chair around. TRACEY then proceeded to stand up in a threatening manner, flapping her arms around like a demented duck, creating a scene in front of the whole store in what seemed to be a confrontational manic episode? This can be seen on CCTV around 2pm. Although this may be a normal service tolerated by the old and vulnerable which are the store's primary clients, it was for me extremely bizarre behaviour to endure and spectate. The manager was not in the store? So I wrote to Specsavers HR (again) as usual they are non-responsive so I have taken up my complaints with the OCCS Optical Complaints hopefully Specsavers can explain the ripe incompetence, rudeness of the staff and why it takes over 5 visits & 7 weeks to purchase a pair of glasses?

Nice friendly staff. They seem to have a staff shortage. Just have to wait for my specs now.
