My wife and son had their test on a Sunday and my wife commented on how the staff were nice, polite and helpful and my wife also said that the lady optician was very caring and professional. I believe her name is Louise. As a family we would definitely recommend Specsavers Tooting.

Popped into the store today because both sets of my glasses needed adjustments. I was served by a very lovely assistant named Lynda; genuinely warm and professional. I spent several hundreds of pounds on glasses at this store and the service was good, but I've found this can the case when you're spending money; however the test of true customer care is the after care in my opinion. Today I didn't spend a penny and the treatment was exactly the same as the time I visited the store to have an eye test and purchase glasses, so I'd definitely purchase glasses here again and I would highly recommend. Thank you very much Lynda, you are an asset to the store.

I continue to be impressed by the excellent service offered by Specsavers Tooting and their dedicated and amazing team. Recently my father-in-law‘s glasses broke and I called up Specsavers Tooting to arrange for a replacement. Shuabe Khan and all his colleagues I interacted with were extremely helpful, particularly since my father-in-law is in his 80’s. Mr Khan arranged for a replacement pair to be delivered home promptly, thereby sparing my father in law a visit to the store in view of lockdown. All of this was done smoothly and at short notice. I have been a customer of Specsavers Tooting for the last 10 years and my recent experience only serves to emphasise what I have always valued during visits that my family and I have made there. The extreme courteousness, professionalism, attention to detail and care that we have always received calls for the highest praise. As a clinician myself, the exemplary work that Specsavers Tooting continues to do to serve the community, particularly during the pandemic and lockdown is amazing.

Well..... first impression - nice shop. But then you can start feeling tension in the air, staff not very helpful, asking for advice over frames lady staff been basically not interested and optician testing my sight quite rude and in rush. I do understand that we do live in hard times but my lovely people, a bit of kindess and smile will do it's job. The only highlight of the day was a manager, italian gentleman, who made me laugh. I did use it because I had to. And maybe that's the reason why they weren't interested to satisfy customers.
