Adele is a back fixing hero, very knowledgeable and professional in her practice. Would highly recommend her! I've been working from home since the start of the pandemic which has led to a whole slew of back and neck problems. On my first visit Adele was immediately able to identify the problem areas, providing immediate and long lasting relief. She works hard to ensure you not only leave feeling better but also that this feeling endures. My back and neck feel so great again! Thank you!

After my session with Adele, it's the first time I've ever felt 'fixed.' We covered a lot together doing a range of moves that I felt safe and confident doing in her hands. I have recommended to 3 other Mums since, all struggling with the physical labours of Lockdown with small children. Honestly, just so happy to have found this place and Adele.
I went to Spine plus for the first time this evening for an appointment with Rocco, I did not know what to expect but was made to feel very relaxed by Rocco who is very informative in explaining exactly what measures he will be taking to get to the root of the problem. He made me feel very confident in him. I would definitely recommend him and look forward to my next appointment
I’ve seen Rocco a couple of times now and highly recommend. He takes a keen interest in your individual needs and tailors what therapy is needed accordingly. He is extremely knowledgable not only in the field of physiotherapy and acupuncture but also diet and nutrition and I’m seeing real results in terms of a reduction in headaches and improvements in my muscles.
Book an appointment with Darren ASAP if you consider seeing an osteopath! Darren is so knowledgeable and thorough! He will fix whatever issue you have and will go above and beyond to do so!! I was recommended Darren by an osteopath who worked on Harley Street and it was so worth spending 2 hours in transportation from home to go and see Darren in his Bow clinic! I can't recommend and praise Darren enough! :)
