I called John last minute on a Saturday with a superbly painful back/neck/arm spasm, and he was so empathetic and accommodating - he saw me 10 minutes later during one of his busiest days. I could tell just a few minutes in that he's a total pro - diagnosed where the pain was coming from and proceeded to work on me for 50 minutes. He was excellent. I've had a fair few massages in my life and really - he was EXCELLENT. He gave me some exercises to do before I left and some cooling tape to help with my healing. I will definitely be going back to him!
