Best GP clinic I've been to and I've lived in three different countries.

Horrible service, ive been complaining about heart pains for 3 month straight..i was given a prescription of acidex oral suspension Back in August which surprisingly helped, my heart pains have gone away and my prescription has finished, recently I’ve been having discomfort around my heart again, i went to the gp on Monday to ask if I could be prescribed the oral suspension again..2 days later i get a message saying that they wont give the medication for “minor health concerns” and that i can go to the market for “seasonal conditions like indigestion” first of all I’ve never complained to the gp about heart burn and when did heart pains become a minor health concern...End of the story im now gonna have to stay in pain and I’ve tried gaviscon and it doesn’t work because im not suffering from indigestion.

Tried to call many many time this GP for my daughter and the things are 2: or they don’t pick up the phone or is impossible to talk with a Doc and we have to go to the emergency every single time. Very disappointed
