*PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERIG!!!* Unfortunately, I have hired these guys on several projects only to find out that their products faulty, ware not delivered on time, in a horrible state in many instances where they had to be redone - multiple times! Milena will want to charge you for every single little thing and not to mention that the sealers for the concrete that they are using will not protect against literally anything that the surface touches. Oh yes, and the best thing is, they are not a legitimate company, they operate as a sole trader so do not expect any guarantee and every problem that you will have will be referred to unbeatable, holy Terms And Conditions. We/You as a customer mean only a number to these people. I would stay away from them as far away as I can!!!

I would have serious reservations about using this company. They installed concrete worktops into my new kitchen a couple of years back. The quality of their product is very poor and I've had numerous cracks appear since they been installed. I've tried to contact them via email, phone and letter to explain the issues but they're not interested in rectifying these defects. They've even used photos of my kitchen on their website claiming it to be somewhere in Greater London when its actually a house in the East Midlands which I guess doesn't sound quite as exciting. I've attached some photos of the problems I've had which show the poor quality installation, cracks and stains. You have been warned!

Ordered a concrete island and waited weeks for its arrival, it arrived in an old van without any packaging, this was a huge problem to get it off the van into my driveway. In doing so I was left with a lump of concrete that couldn't be lifted with crumbling corners, it cost me over 1;000 ,no ideas from the company how to get rid of it apart to sell it! Luckily for me I did, unluckily for me I could only get 52 for it, please read the reviews before you order from this company

Excellent. We've found the exact worktop we've been looking for. We've also been recommended Gavin who has been a pleasure to work with. I was a bit sceptical at first with the bad reviews but it was nothing like that. We managed to find everything we needed to jazz up our kitchen at a fraction of what some of the places quoted us. Thank you for such a wonderful experiance

The renovation of our barn conversion in Nottingham took a long time, and for several of the jobs we chose Stone Worktops. Initially, we got the kitchen worktops done, and they came up beautiful and on time, so we decided to hire them for one bathroom project and also a bench/tabletop outside! All along the way we were supported and advised, and most of our requirements were incorporated into the finished items. We were also advised on what is NOT a good idea, and we grew to appreciate that advice. I can recommend Mila for any large and commercial projects.
