The manager (who served me) at the Westfield branch was very rude and condescending. He assumed that I wanted a slim skinnier fit for some reason, and said that Suitsupply do not offer suits for people like me. And suggested that I go to the high Street where I would be able to find the 'fashion suits' that I wanted. Not a clue what he was referring to. Do not employ people like this at your store because the quality of suits you offer is fantastic. Its let down by rude, idiotic and arrogant staff that do not understand suit-making.

Staff became very disinterested once it became apparent I wasn't going to drop a grand. Nice suits and cheap alterations, though. I had a much better experience with the staff in the store near Regent Street.

The products are very good and look great. However, I have left the store several times with altered products only to come back to get them altered further due to a bad fit - the staff should never let you leave the store without trying on your product to ensure the fit is perfect. The staff should guide you through all purchases and fits and make time for you which again is something they do not do well here - especially when busy.

Friendly service, stocking very good quality suits at a very reasonable price. Have used them on several occasions in the past. Suits that are in regular use held up 2 seasons without any issues. Would certainly recommend.

No customer service at all, was shopping for a while nobody approached me to help. Clearly they judge and only approach those who they feel will spend. I purchased a blazer I saw on website, they look miserable uninterested. One assistant was blatantly on her phone on shop floor. Better off going to another store, hopefully the other stores are better

Iv bought 3 suits totalling more than 1000. 2 of trousers have just ripped right down the middle. One of the suit, Ive worn barely 5 times. Iv bought many suits of Italian fabric, this has never happened to me. Showed the trouser to the store manager who said , i can see the suits have not been worn much but they are over 1 yr old so nothing can be done. How am I to know that suits I buy at your store suits are disposable suits? They aren’t supposed to last more than 1 year ? There are multiple complaints about suit supply trousers getting torn. How many time will you shirk away from responsibility towards your products?
