Sadly the service has dropped, they use to be very good. Now I think they just use the COVID as an excuse for the bad service. I got a call that the doctor needs to speak to me about my son, who I had at A&E. Rang them, and wow how rude and unhelpful. My thought is they rang me and they should make time to call me, it's not like i need to speak to them, as my son got his medicine and been advised by the A&E doctor what i need to do. The doctor care once you are lucky enough to speak or see them are amazing. I wish they management will read these reviews and sort the issues out! as they way they are going now is not working and I think it can be done better.

Walk in this place and you’ll see it in their faces that they do NOT intend to help you whatsoever. Call up and they will tell you they don’t have appointments for two weeks! I have been to many NHS practices where the service is shambolic, but this one takes the biscuit.

After having concerns in regards to pain I have been experiencing in my womb I eventually got an internal scan before Christmas. I received a text from them telling me to call the surgery so the doctor can discuss my results. The woman on the other end of the line, was extremely abrupt and unhelpful, I started to explain and she just spoke over me saying \All appointments are gone today\ So I went on to say oh ok but I got a text asking to contact you, and every time I went to speak she kept talking over me and repeating herself, aggressively. They clearly wish to discuss my results with me for a reason, she offers no peace of mind or alternative, so I said, so do I need to ring every morning then to secure this telephone appointment to get my results, she huffs, yes. Clearly she is very stressed and busy, as am I, I don't need to sit on the phone for 45 minutes to get through to my doctors where I am met with a down right rude, unkind individual that clearly hates her job. Manners are free and this woman has none. If you can register at a different surgery, do so. All she needed to do was listen to me which is her job and then politely explain I will need to call back tomorrow despite the text. I'm pretty sure the lady I spoke to was probably the same one I saw abusing a man with learning difficulties when I attended the surgery for a urine sample. Another woman was standing up to her then for her disgusting, unkind behaviour. Vile woman.

Beware the receptionist's lack of intellect. About as helpful and well informed as a backward chimp. Also the recorded message has been done by a patient evidently in the grip of catalepsy and not used to speaking to humans. Guaranteed to make whatever ails you seem trifling in comparison.

Thankfully this is not my regular surgery. I had to visit for a blood test for my baby and I was horrified by the lack of COVID safety procedures being followed in the building. There were ten people in the small waiting room for blood tests (not including staff) and no one controlling who came in or out of the building. I didn't have to give my name to enter, but could just walk straight in. This is incredibly unsafe and needs to be changed immediately.
