Still waiting for response to an e-mailed complaint after 8 months and four calls. They also promised me a psychologist but presented me with an unqualified psychotherapist after a very lengthy wait despite verbal agreement previously that this would not be appropriate. Psychotherapists at this practice either have a poor command of English and/or are severely out of their depth in dealing with complex post-traumatic-stress-order. They claim they have qualified staff but if so they aren't reaching patients facing serious mental health matters. Another NHS failure!

Excellent CBT therapy, I have learnt so much and it has really improved my mental health :)

Long waiting time, inefficient and overall unsatisfactory. Sessions are read out of a book and progress extremely slow with minimal access to tools and resources. Spent 20 minutes in the second session discussing the pros and cons of depression, I kid you not. Staff on the phone are friendly and willing to listen (hence the two stars) but only when you can get a hold of them, they call with a private number and the number they leave to call back just takes you to the switchboard. Old, clunky and inefficient methods to review your progress. They lost my initial submission form which, is frankly unacceptable in todays age. Submitted feedback of the points above and was told I could no longer attend the sessions. If you are not feeling yourself and want some help, pay for 1:1 sessions as these are a waste of your and tax payers money. If you can't afford it, google CBT and you'll get as much as you will from these sessions.

I found Tw to be really helpful. I felt I could say anything I wanted and I was heard without judgement. I'd fully recommend anyone who feels lost to reach out to talk wandsworth

I went to talk wandsworth about 2 years ago,as I was referred by my GP . I had one to one sessions they were heplful. But the lady then said she was leaving. I asked if I could join a group therapy she said there were no spaces. I moved from wandsworth last Feb 2019 and I am hopefully going to a place in wallington. Have read some of the reviews and frankly people who have mental health problems, They are only asking for some kind reassurance and guidance. Surely your company can understand that some people are desperate and this might only be their last resort
