This store has turned since Daisy the manager has joined, she's has excellent knowledge on all her products in store and is delivers sufficient advice on what carpet to use for which room with an explanation to why. Daisy customer service is 1class and to a high standard, when she takes you on she will follow through to the end, she's highly professional and a lovely sweet person to do business with. I can't be more happy with her service and professionalism. Thank you Daisy. Xxxx

I ordered 3 carpet pieces in August. I was told in about 10 days it would arrive. It got here in Mid September 4 weeks later and then 1 piece was the wrong colour . They said it was in Belgium and would not be here till October. Still waiting. Interesting they still wanted full delivery money and the finance arrangement has already gone ahead and my account deducted for carpet I have not received. Wish I had gone elsewhere.

Social Distancing is one of the highest priorities here. Its carried out carefully and always vigilant with who is browsing in the branch. They offer bookings online to help control the foot traffic in branch. I did the online booking and they knew my name as soon as I walked in (I felt VIP). Clean, tidy, POS posters and samples are easy to read. The man (who's name I dont know unfortunately) Pointed out brilliant carpets, great prices and to be honest I was expecting a longer lead time with my materials coming in but I am satisfied with the time it's taking. They ask you if you know what you're looking for and if you know the size of the room you are having done. They show you around and they are not pushy, which I like as they have introduced asked the revelation questions and leave you to browse. They are not clingy neither do they hover around you so you do not feel pressured to make a decision. My first time at tapi carpets, with the service I received I went ahead with my carpet and underlay! Great prices, great service, great range of carpets, wooden flooring, vinal and all sorts on the shop floor to have a browse. Upon arrival, they ask you to apply anti bacterial gel onto your hands as people will be constantly touching the carpets. There is a limit of who is in the branch (I suggest booking online) and social distancing is in place. THANKYOU TAPI CARPETS.

The initial part, where they take your money seemed to go fine but forget any kind of support or customer care if there is an issue. The stair carpets have been installed extremely poorly, being able to feel spikes (rails?) on every single step., After missing 2 appointments the fitter was supposed to come back today to fix it, instead h phoned up 2 hours late and told my wife to hammer the spikes down herself. An absolutely pathetic response but not at all surprising given they seem to want to deny any responsibility for the installation itself. Avoid.
