Excellent customer service and very honest. We had visited all of the main bed outlets but ended up purchasing our Oak frame bed and mattress from Taurus. Despite the busy Christmas period, we still managed to get our bed frame and mattress delivered within two weeks of the order date! Thank you Taurus Beds and we will most definitely be recommending you to others.

Lovely bed. Turned up earlier than expected. For the most part easy to put together. Could have done with instructions for assembly in the box as we couldn't figure out the headboard attachment, but the chap on the phone emailed them immediately so can't really fault them there either!

Taurus beds were super helpful and highly professional from the moment I walked into the shop right through to delivery and installation, no mean feat in these times! The bed is terrific and I would highly recommend them.

I love, love, love my [Chester] bed. Ordering, turn around time, delivery, and assembly of the bed were all first rate. I was disappointed though that the slats of the bed were not stained the same colour as the rest of the bed, given that the bed costs in excess of 600! [Although this is a minor point as no-one is actually going to see the slats]. Also, when the bed was being delivered, I happened to glance out of the window, and was disappointed to note that in the delivery van, my bed was not separated from old mattresses/beds which were being disposed of, which made me fearful that bed bugs could potentially be brought in to my home on my beautiful new bed. Overall though, extremely pleased and would recommend Taurus Pine Beds to others looking for a quality, sturdy, well-made bed.
