They did a very unprofessional job! I basically paid 195 for them to repair my screen but completely destroy the back of my phone. I went to this place to repair my screen. On the back of my phone I already had a little scratch on a corner and I was aware of that. One guy told me for them to change the screen they have to do other little scratch on the back of my phone.. Well have a look to the pictures.. does this look like a little scratch? There was even a missing piece.. this is how they return my phone! yes the screen is working but the back is completely destroyed. Then they told me that if I want them to fix it I have to pay other 35. What disappoint me the most was that when I went back after I have been told by friends and family to do it as it was not fair.. they told me on my face that they did not give me the phone back with a missing piece and that it was me who did it. Unbelievable, right? Well this was my experience I have no need to lie. I never write reviews, but this is very unfair and I do not want it to happen to anyone else. Within Ladbroke Grove there is other place were they are more professionals, they repair the back of my phone in 30min. Thanks to them I am very happy with my phone again.
i have used PC Garage on numerous occasions and the service has always been first class.They recently repaired my laptop to a very high standard and at very reasonable price.i was updated regularly and couldnt be happier with service provided. Many thanks to Taz and his team.
I had the worst experience,this people are robbers and very unprofessional. I took my huawei mate 20 for screen replacement, they charged me for the best resolution screen and when i went pick up phone the screen was not even the right size of the screen!!! Light was coming trough the bottom of the screen as it was too short for the phone!! I tried to tell the owner but he insisted that i couldn't do any better. I then bought a replacement screen on amazon and did it myself for 35 pounds and did a much better job than they did for 80 pounds.......proper cowboys........
