I thoroughly enjoyed the process, start to finish. From the moment I walked in, to the moment I left, I couldn't have felt more welcome and relaxed. I really appreciated the time we took at the beginning to explore my issues before jumping in to the sports massage, and I really feel a massive improvement. We were able to identify the source of my back problems, and I'm now working actively to combat those in a number of ways, including the ten on demand videos! Thanks a million

I can't recommend Jayden enough! I could barely use my arm when I first came to Ten and now I go to the gym daily!
Super friendly staff, great service and awesome physio (Jayden) who is fab at fixing the wide variety of injuries I seem to be forever showing up with!
Amazing sports massage, friendly and courteous staff. 5* hygiene and safety measures, but without being a big deal - all dealt with seamlessly.
