I am so grateful to have discovered Tessa's sessions after hosting a wonderfully enlightening mindfulness and meditation class for performers at my musical theatre training school during lockdown which really opened my eyes to meditation and has been the best discovery. I have felt wonderful clarity and a powerful shift in energy after each 1:1 energy alignment healing and group self-care session and would highly recommend that performers and anyone with an interest in taking extra care of their well-being especially during these times experience these magical sessions for themselves

I experienced a Energy Healing session with Tessa last week and it was such a profound experience! She created a beautiful space in which I felt held and comfortable to open myself up. I felt insecurities and fears before the session about a certain topic and the card that was being pulled by her exactly aligned to my situation, so I was quite impressed by the message that I got!
