Booked the day before on the App, book in good time as the only times left were around midday, but that was when we wanted to eat so was perfect for us. Friendly staff, as always. Reduced menus but also reduced wait for the food, which was as gorgeous as ever . Well social distanced seating.

I went to TGI Friday on the 31st of August, two days ago with two friends, and I have to say it was probably the best restaurant experience I’ve ever had. Booking on the website was very easy and allowed you to pick what seating area you would like and also had a box for any extra comments or requests. Within the restaurant there were good safety measures in place including all staff wearing masks, tables being closed off for social distancing and hand sanitizer at the entrance and near the tables. We got to sit at our table immediately without needing to wait which I thought was great. My server’s name was Tevin and he was very friendly and great. He made sure we knew if there was any hold up and he checked up on us to make sure we were alright. He also made sure we got the Aperol promo that came with our booking, and that we knew we could refill our fries. He was very accommodating with us. I ordered the WholeHog burger, nachos and a banana milkshake. The food was delicious. The burger was filling and the nachos had a generous helping of sour cream, cheese, guacamole and was pretty spicy. The banana milkshake tasted very fresh and homemade. I tried one of my friend’s order: the chicken strips, and they were so good that I wished I ordered them myself. Lastly the ambiance of TGI Fridays was interesting. There were TVs decorating the wall and the grill area was visible from where we sat, along with the bar. There was pop music playing and the tables and chairs were very clean. Overall, as I said, I had a really great experience and I’d recommend going. 10/10

I eat here a lot since I work close by. I like how the service is always awesome and they keep the spot well kept consistently. Pricing is reasonable and they serve big portions.
I had the WORST experience on the 30/10/20. I ordered my food in advance and I had to wait outside in the rain for OVER an hour. I thought this was UNACCEPTABLE in a pandemic. Whilst waiting outside, 4 different staff members asked me what my order was, even though I had ordered online and already showed my order confirmation. I thought that was very unprofessional. I tried to speak to the management but they were confrontational and non-apologetic. I was told that it was busy and \what do you want me to do?\ I asked for a refund and the manager (Sarika) just walked away and never returned. I then spoke to Nara and she had the WORST attitude, instead of trying to resolve the issue she escalated it. Sarika (store manager) and Nara have the WORST customer service! Months later I still have not forgotten this terrible experience. DO BETTER.
