I always love coming to the salon! The staff always make you feel comfortable and at home. The attention to small details really give it that extra touch! For my first appointment I have done manicure and pedicure, the lady was nice but the results not acceptable. See photos attached - uneven and lumpy. I was disappointed as it was right before going away and I couldn't re-do it. I have to mention that my previous shellac was buffed-off (not soaked), it just felt like too much of my natural nail had to be buffed :( I never came back as scared to try anything else. Surprisingly prices are much higher than in other surrounding salons (not talking about cheap shops, but professional beauty salons). Total was 80 \u200d️ not sure why I paid it...

Genuinely cant recommend this salon more for so many reasons. First things first, bookings are really easy and its the only salon I know where you can have multiple treatments at the same time. I had a facial and a pedicure at the same time, and you can get beauty treatments whilst having your hair done too. What a time saver. The salon itself is a beautiful space and always immaculate, with the highest quality products even down to the hand wash. I've had my hair done, nails and a facial which were all done to the highest standard. The fact that the facial includes an eyebrow tint / wax and an eyelash tint not only saves time and money, but it means when you walk out after a facial you actually look good, like you've got make up on. The tint is left on for long enough too for it to last unlike other salons. But most importantly this place is inclusive. Its not intimating or overwhelming, all the staff are emotionally intelligent enough to know if you want to chat or you want to relax. They are also so funny and a joy to chat with. You don't feel judged and if I did have an issue with a treatment I honestly feel like I could say something without it being super awkward or confrontational (not that I have ever had to). I live locally and I really want our local businesses to succeed, I had high hopes for this salon and it doesn't disappoint!

Absolutely horrible manicure, cut my fingers, crookedly put the gel, cut off the dry skin, everything is crooked. This I saw for the first time in my life ... terrible. The interior is pleasant, maybe some procedure is done well, but now it's scary to check ..worst money. Never come back
