We had an amazing experience in this spot. We enjoyed the great atmosphere and the menu. The staff members were super friendly. I am happy we eventually managed to visit this restaurant.

Dear Clock N8, Groupon voucher number: VS-CXWS-R12S-XTYN-YXTF I bought a voucher from Groupon for a 3 course roast dinner with prosecco. I would not usually complain, but I was very disappointed. I understand there is a need for social distancing. However, I did not want to suffer while I eat. My partner and I were sat at the back of the restaurant; no one else was around us in the back. It was baking hot, no fan or aircon. We had to eat out food while we were literally sweating beads of sweat. I had indicated to this with our waiter but was advised there was nothing that could be done. There was space at the front, but may be this saved for those who did not buy of Groupon.Do customers received different treatment if they buy a Groupon voucher? It seemed this way on the day I attended the restaurant. The roast was cold (Yorkshire pudding hard and dry); a large fly went onto my plate and landed on the sauce and could not get out, the waiter saw this, but yet I had to say please can this be changed. The same food was returned on a different plate - this was disgusting. I knew it was the same food as I had had a few bits before the fly flew into my food. I am so disappointed and upset. Given the great reviews, one would think such an experience would not take place. I had initially called sometime ago and asked to speak with the manager, my details were taken but no call back received, hence the email. I do hope you will be able to resolve or compensate us for the awful experience we had. But would not be surprised if you don't.
.lovely Restaurant and Bar,servicing European, British food plus Cocktails. They are also taking part in the Government discount which they have extended into September. The food was delicious, with a good choice of wines and Cocktails. The Restaurant is nice and clean with hand gel at the door as you enter, very good customer service the staff were wearing their mask. A good choice on the menu meat, fish. We had the pork which was tender with a wonderful crackling lovely big Yorkshire pudding, with vegetables, a lovely apple sauce. Highly recommended we will definitely be going back .
