Large enough to socially distance comfortably. Relaxed, quiet atmosphere. Helpful, friendly, aware, yet efficient staff...
Its a bit out of my way but its the nearest branch. The staff are attentive, really helpful and efficient. The area behind the glass panels definitely needs to be updated as there is no privacy, customers waiting in the queue can hear every detail being shared with the cashier. It is a people friendly bank and the staff are very polite but the service needs to be a bit more discreet and more inviting.
Excellent friendly service from both bank tellers. Most banks I find staff are a little surly and don’t smile. Co-op staff take time with you, they smile and are pleasant and personal and ask how your day is going. Highly recommend this Bank, a bit of a wait sometimes but worth the wait as service is outstanding.
I would like give 10stars, super quickly service and the gentleman who helped me (his name Is Marc) saved so much my time, great professional bank. Location very central and after I got a call from them, again with very helpful speedy response. I feel so grateful to choose them!!!! Thanks the team!
