A brilliant place to practice Pilates. Murielle the owner of the studio is a wonderful teacher, so knowledgeable of the human body. She gives dynamic classes where the routine changes on a regular basis so there is a never a repetitive element. I would highly recommend the studio. It has been totally renovated over the last few weeks so everything is fresh, clean and tidy.

This is just the best place for a whole range of classes for different ability levels. The teachers are so experienced and thorough in their care for class members and the new studio has natural light as well as a range of equipment to support different work outs. If you don't already go, it's a must try.....
