Great place! The girls there have helped me out with skincare over the years and done face treatments and laser treatments to help get rid of my acne scars and spots and redness on my nose - it's all worked really well. I've been to this Clapham branch the most, but also go to the Wimbledon one and it's the same.

Went in for a consultation recently. Was very nervous but had no reason to be! I was made to feel very welcome, staff were very knowledgeable and offered me honest advice to suit my concerns (wanting to look natural - but better), instead of the 'one size fits all'/pushy sales advice you get at most places these days. I forgot my mask, but staff were happy to give me one. Masks were worn by staff in the clinic, and receptionist was even behind a screen also - there was anti bac available, track & trace, and staff wiped down items after use. Looking forward to a new year new me after I start treatments in 2021!

This place is horrific and wait until you see the pictures of how they left me, botched and disfigured. Alison was horrible to me after I told her my concerns. I was in tears and she said there is never any guarantee with treatments. What do you mean??? Then why did you not explain this to me prior to treating me?? She tried to rush me out today after I explained to her what people in the medical profession told me about the disfigurement and actually I'm going to be taking this much further. As soon as I had treatment I contacted her and she never once hot back to me-instead she had her front desk lady tell me to give it time. When I showed everyone pictures of me and they saw me, they were frightened. A child at my work said she was scared to look at me even. Today Alison 'attempted' to dissolve her disfigurement to me ut it was unsuccessful and she even blamed it on me when she was meant to be the experienced professional. I'm so upset and wish I had never come across this place to begin with. They did no temperature check and no members of staff were wearing masks either!!! I couldn't believe what I was seeing and I was relieved when I walked out of there. Rest assured I will be taking this further as this place should not be up and running, very dangerous and make sure you avoid. I have all the photographic evidence needed to show how she screwed my face up. She tried to take pictures with her mobile and told me not to smile because when I don't smile I look more normal. She also said why am I smiling like that and to stop 'playing' with where she botched me up but I couldn't help it as my lip was so swollen and disfigured. I am in tears as I write this and my mouth will need medical attention which in this case I am going to have to sue.

I have just been to the Clinic to have my second profhilo treatment and a review of the first. I absolutely love the results so far! Alison is always highly professional and is a leading practitioner for this ground-breaking 'skin glow' treatment. I've been coming to the Clinic for many years for all kinds of injectables and have never been less than happy with Alison's expert eye, expertise with a needle, and honest advice about what treatments I need or don't need. Thank you!

I have visited the clinic today and I have concerns about the safety of this place in lines with COVID-19 government safety measures. Only one staff member had mask on but no visor and 2 other staff members including the receptionist who was giving me a form to sing was in close contact with me without mask or visors. I have asked them why they don’t wear PPE and the answer was: “we are medical clinic not beauty salon or retailer and we don’t need to wear PPE”- receptionist. The service of Hydrafacial was good. The therapist was very knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions and concerns about my skin. She also recommended me few products and treatments. Overall I am sad to say I won’t be returning as this clinic doesn’t comply with the government guidelines and industry standards.
