Similar to the previous complaint. I have paid for my leaflets, told they are ready, went to collect, shop shut, notice on door 'Back in 15 minutes', waited, phoned the number they gave, left voicemail, phoned the landline, sent emails, no reply. The date I need them is getting close and I don't have my leaflets!

Awful service. Booked an appointment at 12 noon. Only time available apparently. So I had to miss some work. And then the shop was closed and no answer on the phone. No return call or any hint at an explanation.
