I used this company in May 2019. I've waited over a year to write this review on the basis that I thought the issues I faced using this company would fade over time. They haven't. 21 weeks to finish a quoted 5 week project. It's strated well but quickly went downhill. Plans not followed (ridge beam installed incorrectly to make it easier for them - no responsibility taken and bogus reasons given - told too late to change without starting again - net result is lost head height and a door that wouldn't open fully unless corned was chopped) Poor quality carpentry (floors all creak, new banister left not secure and bogus reason given, walls, frames and skirtings not straight, doors and frames all butchered - took a week for a proper carpenter to sort to an ok condition) and plaster (just bad, uneven and unfinished despite several visits) - missing ridge roof tiles Not professional (staff all seemed to want to do a bodge/rush job for everything and went on holiday during build which led to no direction and delay, management not taking responsibility) - house was left damaged in several places due to carelessness along with puncture to vehicle tyre due to dropping nails/screws dropped all over drive. Also not knowledgeable on fire standards with regards to number of smoke alarms required and thickness of door stops. No ownership from management. They stopped answering the phone after a while and only contacted me when they realised I'd withheld payment (which I notified by message). At which point they improved the doors, frames & skirtings, tried the plastering and fix some of the stuff they damaged. It's taken me this long to fix what I could but still left with missing ridge tiles, ridge beam in wrong place and creaking floors. The only things that went well were the plumbing and electrics as they were sub contracted out to different firms.
