I discovered the shop a year ago and visited the location twice only, as the shop it’s not my daily travel throughout London. When you want something special or nice for your pet, this is the place. Good selection, fair prices! We need more of this private run shops and it’s good to support them!

The girls in here are very sweet and helpful. After buying a new collar for my cat (who had been handed in AWOL at the nearby vet) - they lent me a (not for sale) carrier to collect him as mine had broken. This was after I said I would have to buy one elsewhere as carriers start at 50 in their shop. The owner might want to consider some less expensive but lovely wicker ones? Will come back they kept my overall custom with a favour - otherwise I would have bought one elsewhere. Old fashioned good business!
