This is an excellent surgery from start to finish. I always get through when I call. The reception team are professional, friendly, caring and efficient. I always get a same morning appointment for emergency ailments. I am very pleased with both doctors I have seen, Dr. Shariff and Dr. Seth. Dr. Shariff has seen me in the mornings for emergency visits and has always reassured and advised or swiftly referred me accordingly. My pre-booked phone consultations with Dr. Seth always impresses me. He studies my medical history, understands and explains what I need to know so well, leaving me always feeling calmer and confident that I am in good hands and well taken care of. Having my blood taken (not always easy) by the nurse was one of the best experiences, she was so competent, swift and again friendly. And excellent team. I feel fortunate to have such a good local surgery. When I moved to the area, I chose it based on the excellent reviews and they have not disappointed. I concur and am too rating them as excellent.

The best GP I have had. I always receive a great service. The young Asian female doctor (forgot her name, apologies) is absolutely amazing. Very thorough and attentive. The African nurse amazing also. The reception staff very warm, professional and kind.
First rate surgery, starting with the kind, caring reception team who bend over backwards every time to find appointments at short notice and make sure patients are looked after. The nursing team is friendly, thorough, never cut corners and will re-do tests if they have any doubts. The doctors are fantastic and you feel safe under their care, especially Dr Anita Ponnuthurai, who is incredibly supportive and always goes the extra mile.
Great service! Dr Seth is the best GP I ever had, he really takes the time to explain things properly and to address my concerns. Highly recommend.
I'm quite surprised that this surgery is not rated higher as my experience so far has been very positive. Firstly the reception staff are very friendly, empathetic and accommodating which makes a difference to an anxious mum with her first new baby. This is also the first surgery I have come across that allows you to book appointments online, which I have found very handy. I have to mention Dr Seth.D, he is the best GP I have ever dealt with, very professional, he listens and gives really good advice that has especially helped to keep my mind at ease. I know the job is not easy so I really appreciate his efforts. Thank you to the team at The New Surgery, you have made me not want to ever change GP!
