Had a plant that shed its leaves a few days after taking it home. I waited to see if it improved its condition before contacting them, they have refused to help and said I should have contacted within a few days of purchase. There's lots of plant shops popping up now that are also better value so it's quite disappointing to receive such a response.

A beautiful small/medium plant nursery, reasonably priced and lovely selection. Beautiful atmosphere, a great independent plant shop in South East London. I haven't used the online collection service myself but a few of my friends have and they have said that it was easy and efficient. Also a really lovely selection of ceramic plant pots! Very friendly staff and convenience location. A short walk away from Nunhead cemetery which is worth a visit if you are in the area.

Stunning plant shop! Even if you don’t wana buy anything this place is beautiful to look at. Housed under a railway arch with a long tunnel of indoor house plants, with an outdoor courtyard full of garden plants. Worth a visit to see the place. And if you’re after a great selection of indoor plants that you don’t usually see, this is a great place too.
